Cowley Road
NCA were appointed to re-develop an existing approval for an urban infill site in Oxford at the end of 2022. Which consisted of a revised accommodation schedule and façade re-design that mirrored its context in a contemporary manner.
The design sympathetically and seamlessly embraces the sites industrial heritage through its form, material selection and scale. The proposal consists of 8 apartments of mixed tenure, an office unit on the ground floor and associated amenities for its residents.
Planning consent was granted in early 2023.
